- Be sure that the item you wish to return is purchased from our online store.
- You are eligible for a return (this includes replacement & exchange) and refund.
- Customers can claim a return within 5 days of receiving the product. After 5 days, we hold no responsibility for return & refund.
- You must handover the complete package (original) to the courier person in case of a return or refund. Complete package includes the product along with intact tags, accessories, freebies or combos (if any). The item should be in an undamaged condition. You must preserve the original packaging for return purposes. Failing this, you will not be eligible for product return.
- If you want to change the pick-up address of a product, ensure that the pick-up facility is available at the new address.
- We will process your refund request the moment we receive the product you returned for a refund. The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account within 12 business days.
- Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be transferred to your bank account. You must provide the bank details including account number, Account holder name, IFSC Code, etc. for refund. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the original or same account that was used to make the payment.
- You are only eligible for a single return per order. Multiple returns will be rejected.
